1. How can I track my order?
        We’ll email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

     All our products are stitched by machine and hand by our small but thoroughly trained team
             
3. Where is the fabric from? 
    The fabric is sourced from all over India.
                 
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
    MAY offers worldwide shipping. Shipping time is bound to vary depending on the location of shipping & stock. The estimated time of delivery is calculated at the time of checkout of each order.
                 
5. Can you help me with a damaged product?
      We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to hey@mayofficialstore.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
               
6. What is your return/exchange policy?
    It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

7. Can I order something that's not in stock but I’d really like to have?
        You can give us a call or drop an e-mail. We will have to check with our inventory. If the fabric is available then we can surely provide you.

8. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    You’ll just have to call us. But do so within 1 working day of placing the order.

10. How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
     Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
